ilFornino® Milano Series - Wood Fired Pizza Oven with Stand
The ilFornino® Milano Series flooring is made from 2” thick refractory stone. ilFornino® Milano Series comes with a powder coated black stand with a shelf for wood storage. The oven stands at 40", the ideal height without bending your back.
Convection (circulated heat), Radiant (from the hot flames and heated dome), Conduction (by the food sitting on the hot hearth). ilFornino Milano Series is a new design. Anything you can cook in your indoor oven can be prepared to its succulent perfection in your wood fired oven all year long. Use it to bake, roast, grill.... or simply enjoy the fire! This Wood Fired Pizza Oven ships via freight carriers only and can be delivered to residential areas. Remove the stand and place the pizza oven on your BBQ Island if desired. Your ilFornino oven comes with an Infared thermometer.

- Castable Clay Dome increases the thermal mass over 24 hours.
- Single wall chimney for outdoor use.
- Flooring is made from 2” thick refractory brick. Wood burning pizza ovens heat up in as little as 30 minutes and retain the heat for over 24 hours. This makes it economical using less wood to burn plus it helps in baking breads, bagels, and anything that requires floor heat. On average, you can cook a pizza in less than 2 minutes.

I recently purchased the ilFornino Milano Series Wood Fired Pizza Oven and I am impressed. The cooking area is perfect at 33 x 28, and the metal stand adds stability. It is easy to use - just light up the wood and you're ready to cook. The pizzas that come out of this oven have that authentic wood-fired taste and a perfect crispy crust. Cleanup is a breeze too. If you're a pizza lover like me, I highly recommend the ilFornino Milano pizza oven!

I've been using this oven for a few weeks now. After getting the hang of it, I must say, the pizzas that come out of it are absolutely fantastic. Not only pizzas, but I've also tried cooking hamburgers and searing meat, everything turns out wonderfully smoky and delicious.
