Fire Guard : A Game Changer
I had read that this item is a "game changer" and now, after using it several times, I must agree. Using it with the fire at the back of my oven, it provides a much larger and cleaner space for my pizza or whatever I am cooking. It does seem pricey but it is much heavier than anything that I could make myself. I think that anyone buying a wood-fired oven should should get one of these, too. How I LOVE my ilFornino Professional Plus!
