- The F- Series Mini Pizza Oven is made from heavy gauge stainless steel. It contains 2-Layers of Refractory Ceramic Fiber Insulation
- The dome is a double wall 4" stainless steel with thick insulation.
- 900 °F Thermometer door mounted.
- The ilFornino® F- Series Mini Pizza Ovens' Flooring is made from 1.5. One Flat Cooking Surface™ as the ilFornino Professional Series.
- Heats up between 20-25 minutes and retains the temperature at about 800 °F. On average you can cook a pizza in less than 2 minutes.
- It includes 4 carrying handles, and the user Manual.

Received the oven a few days ago, it was very well packed; well, enough to be shipped to a battle zone. The finish is excellent, it looks and feel like the professional appliance it is. I am glad that I decided to purchase this unit, looking forward to many years of enjoyment that we will get from having this in our back yard. Fired it up the first day per the instructions and waited till the next day to make a batch of pizzas. Worked like a charm. I would definitely recommend this oven.

As an Italian I love Pizza. Who doesn’t like Pizza after all? This oven is a piece of art and you will make the best pizza you ever ate. The ‘Il Fornino’ team is fantastic. They also assist you and answer your questions you might have about this oven and your purchase. Every weekend since I have purchased this oven I am cooking pizza in it and the family and neighbors love it. You will love it too.
