I just got it today so far looks amazing I can't wait to use it

Received the oven a few days ago, it was very well packed; well, enough to be shipped to a battle zone. The finish is excellent, it looks and feel like the professional appliance it is. I am glad that I decided to purchase this unit, looking forward to many years of enjoyment that we will get from having this in our back yard. Fired it up the first day per the instructions and waited till the next day to make a batch of pizzas. Worked like a charm. I would definitely recommend this oven.

As an Italian I love Pizza. Who doesn’t like Pizza after all? This oven is a piece of art and you will make the best pizza you ever ate. The ‘Il Fornino’ team is fantastic. They also assist you and answer your questions you might have about this oven and your purchase. Every weekend since I have purchased this oven I am cooking pizza in it and the family and neighbors love it. You will love it too. We got this pizza oven as a father's day gift. We were able to pick it from the store. The staff could not have been more helpful and nicer during our various exchanges. We got the oven packaged compactly so it could fit in our SUV. Staff was great while loading the oven into our vehicle. The oven base was easy to assemble once we brought it home. The oven itself is gorgeous and easy to use. It heats up quickly will dry wood and stays hot for a long time. It makes the most wonderful pizzas so quickly. We have loved every second of making pizza and have even started to expand to other foods, like chicken wings and calzones. We love our oven and our experience with IlFornino and can't wait to enjoy our Professional Series Mini for many years to come!

This is a very attractive pizza oven and that was one of the most important reasons for purchasing it. The insulated version (professional) does a good job of holding heat. I usually get the surface up to 700-800 degrees and the top 1000-1200. When you close it up and throw something in to cook overnight you'll wake up to around 150-200 degrees (at least in warm weather). The stone on the bottom is about an inch thick and really makes wonderful pizzas.
