Commercial Stainless Steel Gas Matzah Oven with Stand
The Large Matzah Oven is one of the top tier ovens made by ilFornino. It is made from heavy 14-gauge powder coated stainless steel with straight continuous welding that shows excellent workmanship. The Double Dome houses a Thick Ceramic Fiber Blanket Insulation for maximum heat retention and keeps the oven cool to the touch on the outside.
There are 4 total gas burners 116,000 BTU that heat up this oven with individual control knobs. Two burners are located above the stone, one on the left side and one on the right side. These two burners generate heat inside the oven. The two burners that are located under the stone heat it up evenly. You can adjust these burners to get the temperature you need.
The ilFornino® One Flat Cooking Surface™ guarantees an even heat distribution and retention. On average, this oven takes 25-30 minutes to heat up, retains the heat at 750+ °F, stays hot up to seven hours which is great for baking Matzah, breads, bagels, pies, cookies, and anything that requires floor heat. The thermometer lets you know the ambient temperature of the oven.
The stand, designed and engineered by the ilFornino team, will give you the optimal height for your oven so you can watch and cook the Matzah without arching your back. ilFornino® Large Matzah Oven arrives seasoned and ready to use. It can be placed on the included powder coated stand with casters for easy maneuverability and two shelves to store the peel for your convenience.
Cooking area is large enough to fit 12 x 12-inch Matzahs or 16 x 9-inch Matzahs. Thermal mass is about 4-6 Hours.

What is Covered
- Manufacturing Defects: Any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
- Parts and Components: Repair or replacement of defective parts, at our discretion.
What is Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation.
- Normal wear and tears, including discoloration, scratches, or minor cosmetic imperfections.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Issues caused by external factors such as power surges, weather, or accidents.
- Damage caused by the use incorrect fuel for the products requirements.
- Surface rust.
- Heat tarnishing/discoloration to the end cap and any logos
- Water damage – on any part of the oven body
- Damage caused by the unit being left exposed to salt air and/or chlorine sources such as swimming pools and hot tubs/spas.
- Damage caused by severe weather conditions such as hail, hurricanes, earthquakes, wildfires, and or any other environmental factors
- Hairline cracking of the stone that does not affect the oven’s structural integrity
- Cracks caused by thermal shock or from not following the Manufacturer’s guidelines on heat up and safe storage
- Small, cosmetic paint chips or scratches to any outer surfaces of the oven or accessories that do not affect the structural integrity of the Product
- Discoloration to any surface including fastenings
Limitations
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the oven or parts. Ilfornino is not responsible for incidental or consequential damage.
