Labneh and Arabic-Style Pastrami Breakfast Pizza

Labneh is a thick drained yogurt with creamy texture, popular in the Middle Eastern region as a breakfast dish.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pizza dough( refer to our pizza recipe)
  • 2 tbsp of labneh
  • Slices of Arabic Pastrami
  • Black olives slices
  • Fresh mint ( for garnish)

Directions:

Step 1: Preheat your Wood Fired Pizza Oven at 800 F.

Step 2: Roll your pizza dough, and bake in the oven with no toppings.

Step 3: Let the pie cool off before adding the toppings. Start with labneh spread, followed by Pastrami, black olives slices and handful of fresh mint.
