Gas: 

You have a choice on Natural Gas or Propane Gas. As you can see in this video you get a rolling flame that give the oven an even heat. Please note we only use ilFornino commercial burners to guarantee a rolling flame with a top lick just like you see when burning wood. Do not compromise when buying a  gas oven. Gas bar burners will never cook the pizza like a pro and will take forever. With the Dome Licking Series (DLS), you can still cook a pizza pie in 60-90 seconds. 

Wood: 

You can use these ovens with wood only. 

Hybrid: 

You can use these ovens with a combination of gas and wood.
